Job description

Your responsibilities as an HR Business Partner are:

  • Define and monitor HR objectives in terms of talent & performance management, talent acquisition, talent development, disability support (SIPP) and action plans to be implemented in order to support the company's strategy, particularly in terms of strategic workforce planning and organizational design. 

  • Be the voice of the customer to the various HR centers of excellence and ensure optimal collaboration between all parties.

  • Be proactive in defining the business strategy, challenge decisions, factually shed light on strategic and/or tactical options and reflections. 

  • Act as a partner of the company : support, advise, challenge and coach management in the application and/or implementation of HR policies/processes, as well as in all the resulting change aspects. 

  • Act as a coaching partner for management in order to increase their power and support them in their own career management (listening and problem solving, proactive information of open positions, coaching during internal mobility, implementation and monitoring of personal development plans, etc.).

  • Be a driver of change and facilitate the coordination of change projects in partnership with the ATO (Agile Transformation Office) department.

Profile

  • You have a minimum of 5 years of recent or current experience as an HRBP in an organization of similar size.

  • You have a generalist knowledge of the processes managed by the various HR centers of excellence that make up an HR department.

  • You easily juggle between HR hard skills and soft skills.

  • You have had significant managerial experience during your professional experiences.

  • You have experience in reporting and researching, analysing and interpreting HR data. 

  • You are assertive, have good active listening skills and are capable of benevolent sincerity, authenticity and frankness.

  • You have excellent communication, problem-solving and coaching skills.

  • You have strong project management skills.

  • You are proactive and have mastered continuous improvement techniques.

  • You are fluent in French. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
