💛 Context
The non-profit organisation Les Petits Riens has more than 300 employees and about 450 volunteers. The non-profit organisation is involved in socio-economic activities of collecting, sorting and marketing second-hand goods (textiles and various objects) in 26 stores operated by the association.
These activities support a socio-professional integration platform for people who are far from the labour market or who want to get involved in the causes that drive the missions of the various structures of Les Petits Riens (socio-professional integration, accommodation for the homeless, material assistance, psycho-medico-social support, etc.).
In order to complete the Namur store, we are recruiting a Salesperson for a 3-month fixed-term contract (renewable). 📆
👉 Missions
Participate in the sale of second-hand items and highlight their particularities
Training on items such as textiles, decorative objects, crockery, books, small appliances, games and toys, multimedia (CDs, DVDs, vinyls, etc.), as well as sales and pricing techniques
Working on a day-to-day basis with staff in socio-professional reintegration
Participate in a team atmosphere around the sales project
Ensure proper management of recurring issues, returns and after-sales service
Welcoming customers and tidying up the store
Participate in business initiatives
Inform customers about the general terms and conditions of sale (price, warranty, delivery times, payment terms, etc.) and/or returns
Communicate fairly and impartially with all types of customers

A remuneration defined according to the Petits Riens scales and your seniority in a similar position
