Student job - Communication Assistant/Graphic Designer in the Communication Department

Your missions

Supervised by the communication manager, you will be mainly responsible for:

• The creation and updating of print and digital graphic materials (posters, brochures, flyers, visuals for screens, social networks, website and intranet)
• Compliance with the graphic charter and the adaptation of visuals to different media

Your profile

• Student in graphic design, graphic design or visual communication
• Creative, rigorous, autonomous and organized
• Proficiency in Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Canva
• Good graphic sensitivity and attention to detail
• Excellent command of French (Dutch is a plus)

Availability: from January 2026, 1 day per week (flexible schedule)

Location: Baron Lambert site in Etterbeek (occasional trips to other sites possible)
