What does the job entail?
As an occupational therapist, you will play a central role in caring for patients who experience difficulties in their daily activities. You will contribute to their well-being and independence through personalised therapeutic support and interventions tailored to their specific needs.
You are responsible for:
⦁ Evaluating the patient's cognitive and physical abilities through observation, anamnesis, and targeted testing;
⦁ Mapping the lifestyle habits (such as meals, dressing, body care, etc.) and defining the limitations or disabilities;
⦁ Drawing up an occupational therapy diagnosis and developing an individual treatment plan;
⦁ Performing individual and group activities that promote the maintenance or restoration of physical, cognitive and sensorimotor functions;
⦁ Guiding and advising patients and their loved ones in the context of the care pathway, the life project or the return home;
⦁ Proposing aids or environmental adaptations that promote independence in daily life;
⦁ Following up on administrative tasks and actively participating in multidisciplinary meetings to ensure continuity and quality of care.
Through these assignments, you actively contribute to promoting the health, well-being and social participation of patients within their living environment.
Your manager, team and work environment
⦁ You will be accompanied by Océane Renaux, head of the occupational therapists.
⦁ You will work in the geriatrics department on the Molière Longchamp campus.
⦁ You will work with another occupational therapist in this unit, but you will be part of a multidisciplinary team consisting of seven occupational therapists, as well as nurses, care assistants, physiotherapists, doctors, etc.
⦁ You will have the opportunity to expand your skills by discovering other services, particularly in the context of replacements of colleagues in rehabilitation.

Your education
⦁ You hold a bachelor's degree (graduate degree) in occupational therapy.
Your experience and knowledge
⦁ A first experience in geriatrics is an asset, but starting graduates are welcome.
⦁ You have a good knowledge of French: you are able to understand the patient's needs and communicate efficiently with your colleagues.
Your skills and competences
⦁ You are dynamic and show a decisive and enterprising attitude in your practice.
⦁ You work autonomously, while valuing collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.
⦁ You communicate clearly and appropriately, both verbally and in writing.
⦁ You have active listening skills and empathy towards patients and their environment.
⦁ You act with discretion, respect and confidentiality in all your interventions.
We offer
⦁ Contract type: Replacement contract (ogv 4 months)
⦁ Work regime: 38h/week) ban Monday to Friday
⦁ Hours: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
⦁ Start date: 17/02/2026

A salary based on the IFIC scales (Category 14), with the assumption of seniority:
⦁ Min : 3316.66€ gross (index : 2,1223)
⦁ Max : 5234.62€ gross (index 2,1223)
