Drink a Flower is a fast-growing Belgian start-up with a team of five passionate people and one clear mission: to make people feel better.

We combine the power of nature with creativity to create refreshing, premium soft drinks based on fruits and flowers.

Our drinks are deliberately less sweet than classic soft drinks, making them a healthy and modern alternative for those looking for a conscious break.

Due to our strong growth in Belgium and internationally, we are looking for a Field Sales Representative for Flanders. Someone who, like us, is passionate about natural, innovative drinks and likes to build a strong Belgian brand.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You are responsible for the commercial development and brand visibility of Drink a Flower in Flanders, both in retail (including Delhaize, Carrefour) and in the out-of-home channel.
You build and maintain lasting relationships with existing customers and partners.
You will actively prospect and develop new customers to further expand our presence.
You will work closely with internal teams to successfully realize product launches, promotions and field activations.
You will represent Drink a Flower at trade fairs and (inter)national events.
You actively contribute to brand awareness and bring out our mission around well-being and natural products.
You monitor market and competitive developments and adapt your sales approach to stimulate the growth of brand and business.

Profile

You have at least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG or the beverage or food sector.
You feel at home in a start-up environment and have an entrepreneurial mindset.
You are proactive, solution-oriented and motivated to take on challenges.
You have strong communication, persuasion and negotiation skills.
You have a distinct field profile: dynamic, independent and strongly customer-oriented.
You are fluent in Dutch and have a good knowledge of French and English.
You have a valid driver's license.
You will work 4 days a week in the field and 1 day a week at our office in Brussels.
