Marketing Operations & Sales
Job description
The Marketing Operations & Sales function is part of the Sales & Marketing team and combines marketing operations, sales follow-up and event organisation activities.
The role is to ensure the operational implementation and coordination of marketing and sales activities, support the development of business opportunities and maintain relationships with customers and strategic marketing partners.
Within the team, collaboration aims to effectively organize and execute sales initiatives, digital sales channels, and events.
Profile
Marketing Operations & Promotion
Support and implement marketing activities that contribute to brand visibility and the development of business opportunities.
· Plan and organize promotional activities and marketing campaigns.
· Coordinate marketing materials (pricing, brochures, posters, digital content, photography, etc.).
· Manage and track the website as a marketing and sales channel.
· Collect and structure information related to target groups and market opportunities.
• Follow up on publications, media coverage and press kits.
· Maintain relationships with marketing partners, sponsors and external agencies.
· Contribute to initiatives that enhance the brand's visibility in the market.
Digital orders and customer contact
Manage and track orders through digital channels and ensure a point of contact for customers.
• Track and process orders placed through the website.
· Manage requests received through direct channels such as order@ address.
· To provide customers with information about products, services, prices and opportunities.
· Handle customer questions, feedback and feedback.
· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the proper execution of orders.
· Monitor the evolution of sales via digital channels and identify areas for improvement.
Custom orders and customer events
Ensure the commercial follow-up of tailor-made requests and the organization of events at customers' sites.
· Develop personalized offers for events to existing and new clients.
· Identify customer needs and define business terms.
· Coordinate with the operational sales network for the practical realization of events.
· Ensure good coordination between clients and internal teams.
· In some cases, be present on site in order to follow up on customer contact and the proper execution of the event.
Own event organisation and partnerships
Organize events and activities that contribute to the visibility and positioning of the brand.
· Coordinate events organized in collaboration with strategic partners.
· Implement initiatives to strengthen the brand's presence in the market.
· Follow up on events related to partnerships and sponsorships.
· Ensure the practical organization, communication and commercial follow-up of these initiatives.
B2B customer follow-up
Ensure the follow-up and development of relationships with existing B2B customers.
· Act as the first point of contact for a portion of existing B2B customers.
· Track orders and business opportunities.
· Maintain regular contact with customers.
· Ensure monthly reporting of the evolution of B2B sales.
