Your role:
As a public procurement buyer, you will be at the heart of the organization's purchasing processes. You will collaborate with internal customers and support departments to analyze needs, launch tenders and ensure efficient and compliant management of public procurement. 💼🤝
Your main missions:
🔹 Management of purchasing files:
Identify the needs and choose the appropriate procedure.
Write and publish specifications.
Analyze bids, negotiate and award contracts.
Monitor execution in conjunction with stakeholders.
🔹 Evaluation and improvement:
Evaluate suppliers and propose areas for improvement.
Participate in the evolution of internal tools and processes.
🔹 Development and involvement:
Participate in internal events and trainings to strengthen your skills.
Disseminate the values and culture of the organization while respecting ethics.

Profile
📚 Qualifications and experience required:
Bachelor's degree preferably with a management, commercial or legal orientation with an interest in public procurement
🚀 Essential skills:
Knowledge of procurement procedures
Experience in managing clients (internal or external)
Very good writing skills
Oral and written knowledge of Dutch and/or English is an asset
Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Sense of organization (planning, market organization, coordination,...)
Customer and problem-solving orientation
Ability to negotiate
