As an Application Analyst, you'll be at the heart of this transformation, collaborating with healthcare professionals and experts to design tools tailored to their needs, while optimizing processes.
🎯 Your main role: optimize and develop
Collaborate with field users to evaluate improvement requests, possible impacts, and optimization opportunities.
Analyze and challenge existing practices to propose solutions adapted to systemic needs and constraints.
Implement new features by setting up the software and collaborating with the relevant teams.
Actively participate in the management of institutional projects related to EPIC
🔧 Your operational responsibilities: accompany and support
Diagnose and resolve reported 🛠️ system issues, while testing new software releases to ensure results are as expected.
Maintain up-to-date training environments and end-user materials. 📚
Configure security reports, metrics, and templates to meet user needs. 📊
Communicate any changes or updates to the system and ensure effective follow-up. 🔄
Provide permanent support to answer users' technical questions. 📞

Profile
📚 Qualifications and experience required
You have a bachelor's degree related to the caregiving/paramedical field or in management informatics, with experience in the health sector.
Good oral and written comprehension of English is required. A period of 6 months to deepen your language skills can be considered if necessary.

✨ Additional assets
Interest in the IT field and innovative technologies.
Previous experience with the EPIC program is an advantage.
Knowledge of the Cliniques universitaires Saint-Luc and its TPI² program is a plus.
