Delphine de Sauvage - sustainable food
Hello everyone, I have the honor to welcome Delphine de Sauvage to my microphone. Delphine is an agricultural engineer, but also a multi-entrepreneur. We could even say slasher as she is on all fronts. She founded Eat's Local in 2019, a platform that sells local, artisanal and organic products. At the same time, she now also supports entrepreneurs in urban agriculture. Delphine fascinated me with her story, and I think that we all have a lot to gain from being more informed about the issues affecting our plate. Happy listening!
Talking about the living to save what is left of it is the ambition of our generation. In this podcast, I give the floor to the actors of change, those who believe in and act in favor of an ecological and social transition, those who break the codes and create the society of tomorrow. I hope that these conversations will reveal in you the path of possibility.
My name is Laurie, I am a renewable energy engineer and I have been running the Instagram account @goodmorninglau for a few years where I talk about ecology and commitment in the broadest sense.
