A key reference centre in Europe and a leader in French-speaking Belgium, the King Albert II Institute of the Saint-Luc University Clinics treats all types of adult and childhood cancer. 🏥
We do not only treat the pathology but the patient as a whole, and provide multidisciplinary and humane care.
As a nurse, you have the opportunity to join one of our entities dedicated to oncology and haematology. 👩 ⚕️👨 ⚕️
Our care system is composed as follows:
- 3 inpatient units:
- Oncology
- Haematology 🩸 andsterile unity (bone marrow grafts and cell therapy)
- Pediatric Oncology
- 3 day hospitals
- 1 radiotherapy department
- 2 mobile teams
- 1 for all inpatient units
- 1 for day hospitals
- 1 adult interface team and 1 pediatric interface team (these two teams provide second-line follow-up)

Profile
📚 Qualifications and experience required:
- You are in possession of a nursing diploma or an equivalence of this diploma provided by the Wallonia-Brussels Federation
- You have a perfect knowledge of French (level B2)
- You are comfortable with computer tools
🚀 Essential skills:
- You act with autonomy and rigor in decisions related to care
- You collaborate with the team to guarantee continuity and quality of care
- You like to work in a multidisciplinary team and exchange easily with other professionals to enrich the care provided
- You demonstrate the ability to observe, discern and think clinically
- You remain calm and efficient under pressure, handling emergencies and unforeseen events with composure
- You have a spirit of initiative
- You are concerned about your professional development and the evolution of the nursing profession
- You have the ability to mentor nursing students and pass on your knowledge

- You have a specialization in onco-haematology
- You have previous experience in an onco-haematology unit
- You are proficient in an additional language in addition to the basic requirements
