The essential mission of the Nursing Department is to ensure the provision of quality, personalized, patient-adapted care while maintaining high-performance nursing activities.

You will also participate in our hospital's continuous improvement approach through your nursing missions:

• You demonstrate skills in the specialty.
• You carry out the nursing anamnesis, analyze and interpret data.
• You establish a nursing diagnosis and validate it in collaboration with the patient and their loved ones.
• You develop the care schedule for each patient in alignment with the care project and proceed with its evaluation.
• You apply all required prevention measures towards patients to prevent the occurrence of sentinel events.
• You respect legislation, care techniques, protocols and institutional procedures.
• You commit to professional development.
• You demonstrate a sense of observation, discernment, and judgment.
• You demonstrate creativity, reflection, and are an actor of change within your team.
• You establish and maintain friendly relations with the patient, their loved ones, members of the multidisciplinary team, and other hospital services.
  You inform the patient about the care provided, scheduled examinations, and established treatments, and verify the level of integration of the information provided.
• You transmit all relevant information using professional language.

Hiring condition(s):

• You hold a Bachelor’s degree in nursing (A1) or a certified nurse diploma with a diploma equivalence issued by the Wallonia-Brussels Federation;
• You have a perfect knowledge of French (level B2).

• You have notions of Dutch and English.
