Job description

Cuisine sauvage is a non-profit association active in Environmental Education, focused on the cooking of edible wild plants. Based in Namur, it manages a training centre from which walks, workshops, courses and training are provided throughout Wallonia and Brussels; with the aim of reconnecting with nature and oneself and preserving the environment.

 Ensure the deployment of the association (~65%)

  • SWOT analysis of the current situation of the association and formulation of recommendations

  • Search for new funding : Identify public funds, calls for projects, philanthropic works, foundations, etc. to support the achievement of the company's purpose

  • Design and implementation of a dynamic fundraising strategy

  • Contribution to the strategic vision & dynamization of the non-profit organization

Ensure the day-to-day administrative management of the association (~35%)

  • Administrative follow-up of ongoing projects & funding, drafting of activity reports

  • Coordination of the animation team

  • Representation of the association during monitoring committees and contacts with partner administrations or associations

  • Administrative coordination

  • Improvement of existing projects and procedures

  • Diverse & versatile tasks

Profile

  • Adherence to the values and philosophy of the project

  • Knowledge of the institutional landscape around the non-profit sector

  • Solid experience in seeking funding and calls for projects

  • Excellent knowledge of the non-profit sector and its financial management

  • Experience in project coordination

  • Professional & administrative rigor

  • Writing skills
