Clinical Research Coordinator in oncology - hematology (M/F/X)

🎯 As a Clinical Research Coordinator in oncology and hematology, you are in charge of the following responsibilities:

• You work within a multidisciplinary team and interact with the various stakeholders in clinical research.

• You ensure that all steps of the protocol are respected and completed within the required deadlines.

• You check the feasibility of the study in collaboration with the investigator.

• You handle administrative management (collecting documents, filling in CRFs, checking data, etc.) and are responsible for establishing billing related to research activities.

• You also ensure the smooth running of the clinical study for each patient.

• You check the inclusion and exclusion criteria of the patients.

• You are responsible for reporting any incidents, accidents, or omissions that occur. You ensure the follow-up and monitoring of side effects.

• You are responsible for handling the technical procedures required by the study.

• You take an active part in patient information and education.

• You handle monitoring visits.

• You participate in investigator meetings, inspection visits, and audits.

• You participate in the close-out of the study, as well as the management and response to various questions raised in order to close the CRFs (Case Report Forms).

🧠 Education and experience:

• Degree in nursing, master's in biomedical sciences, pharmacy, doctor of medicine, or other paramedical training.

• You have experience in clinical research or hold a training in the field.
  Hospital experience is an asset. 

🤝 Essential skills:

• You master Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and have knowledge of the Directives, Regulations, and Standards governing clinical research.

• You have a strong command of the Office Suite.

• You speak French fluently.

• You have a good level of English (min. B2).

• You have good interpersonal skills and work well both independently and in an interdisciplinary environment.

• You have good stress tolerance.

• You have excellent work organization skills and a high sense of responsibility.

• You are endowed with a sense of initiative and synthesis.

• You respect company culture and professional secrecy.
