Within the Customer Services team, we are currently looking for a Co-worker Customer Contact for a fixed-term contract until the end of December 2026.

How will you make a difference:

The team provides customer service for our customers. Contacts are made by phone, chat and e-mail. The team is based in Brussels, teleworking is possible (after an integration period). As a Customer Contact Co-worker, you are part of a team of 10 colleagues who manage all incoming and outgoing customer contacts as part of the business relationship management. The Teamlead distributes the various operational tasks on a daily basis and ensures maximum versatility and variety in the work of each Customer Contact Co-worker.
Your administrative and commercial missions as well as your responsibilities are as follows:

  • As a first point of contact, you offer a quality service to our individual and professional customers regarding their banking products, mainly payment, savings and investment products.

  • You explain to customers and/or prospects Triodos Bank's unique position and approach.

  • You answer all incoming questions from our customers via the various contact channels.

  • In doing so, you listen to the needs of our customers and ensure that they receive the services and products they want at the right time.

  • You provide administrative support in the files of our individual and professional clients. For example, it is a question of obtaining certain documents for the opening of an account or any modification related to an account number.

Profile

  • You have a bachelor's, master's or equivalent experience. Ideally, you have a first experience in customer service and/or the financial sector.

  • You are customer-oriented, have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a team.

  • You are able to detect business opportunities and explain basic information about all products to customers. For more complex cases, you refer to a colleague who is more specialized in the field.

  • You have a very good command of French, both orally and in writing. You are also fluent in Dutch and are ready to improve your Dutch. Some knowledge of English is also an asset.

  • You are willing to work a mixed schedule of 37 hours/week with fixed and variable hours between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m., as needed. The Daily Banking team provides a daily telephone hotline between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m.

  • You are proactive, innovative and have a collaborative attitude.

  • You are fully committed to Triodos Bank's business area: the transition to a sustainable economy.

Who will you collaborate with?

You report directly to the Customer Contact Team Leader and work closely with the other co-worker Customer Contact colleagues. The Customer Contact team currently consists of 10 people.
