This is just the beginning! As a Sales Hero Intern, you will have the opportunity to make a significant contribution to this mission, while gaining valuable experience in sales.

✨ YOUR MISSION

As a Sales Hero Intern, you are part of our sales team. You will help convince and onboard new local partners (from bakeries to supermarkets) and accompany them in their first steps on the platform. You inspire them to fight food waste and make sure they get the most out of Too Good To Go.

🚀 What does your day as a sales intern look like?

No two days are the same and that's what makes it so fascinating! You start your day with a coffee or tea, in our lively offices in Brussels or from home. You'll be working in the office at least twice a week, with a team meeting on Monday where we'll discuss last week's planning and successes.

On the other days, you go out – by bike, train or Cambio – and go "on the road" in East and West Flanders and Flemish Brabant. You visit promising prospects, excite them and convince them to join our app and mission against food waste. In between, you dive into Salesforce to manage your pipeline and track your contacts. You guide new partners step-by-step through their onboarding, so that they are fully ready to offer their first Surprise Packages. Of course, there is also time to catch your breath: a nice lunch, a coffee break and many pleasant discussions with the team are part of this. 😊

🎓 Orientation and learning

You will receive a lot of advice from an experienced senior sales specialist and learn the ins and outs of sales: from lead management to the perfect presentation. You will have the opportunity to deepen your expertise in a specific type of store and refine your approach.
You support new partners and regularly meet the best. In short, you gain hands-on experience and always stay up to date with the latest trends in the industry!

Who are we looking for?

You are currently enrolled in an official academic program and can provide an internship contract through your school (essential!). 🎓
You are fluent in Dutch and have a professional level of English (other languages are a plus!).
You're not afraid of cold calling – you call with confidence and know how to start a conversation, especially with people you've never spoken to.
You are resilient, proactive and eager to learn.
You are organized, independent and thrive in a dynamic environment.
You think solution-oriented and energize yourself by helping local entrepreneurs get started on Too Good To Go.
You have a valid 🚗 driver's license
Bonus: You have experience with cold calling.
