As a Sales Hero Intern, you will play a key role in this mission while developing a sales experience.

Your mission

As a Sales Hero Intern, you will be part of our sales team. Your role: to convince and integrate new local partners – from bakeries to supermarkets – and to support them in their first steps with Too Good To Go. You'll inspire them to fight food waste and make sure they get the most out of the platform.

💙 A typical day

Your day starts with a coffee or tea, whether in our office in Brussels or working from home. On Monday, you check in with your team to align goals and celebrate victories. Then, it's off to Salesforce to prepare your days in the field: prospecting, lead generation with our AI tool, making appointments and presenting Too Good To Go to merchants.

Once a partner joins the platform, you help them get started, you guide them through their integration so that they are ready to offer their first Surprise Baskets. You also manage your pipeline, track your results and share your feedback with your team, while making time for a coffee break and a good lunch. 😊

No two days are the same, and that's what makes this experience so rewarding! You'll start your day with a coffee or tea, either in our dynamic office in Brussels or from the comfort of your own home. At least twice a week, you'll work in the office, with a team meeting every Monday to discuss the previous week's planning and successes.

On the other days, you will go out into the field – by bike, train or Cambio – to meet promising prospects in Wallonia. You will motivate and convince them to join our app and mission against food waste. In the meantime, you'll use Salesforce to manage your pipeline and follow up with your contacts effectively. You will also accompany our new partners step by step during their integration, so that they are ready to offer their first surprise baskets.

Of course, there will also be time to relax: a convivial lunch, a coffee break and lots of fun discussions with the team are part of the day.

🎓 Coaching & Learning

Throughout your internship, you will benefit from the mentorship of one of our Sales Specialists. You'll learn how to engage prospects, pitch Too Good To Go, and manage the entire sales process. Your missions will include qualifying leads, pitching our solution, supporting your partners, exploring new sources of prospects, as well as specializing in a business segment to perfect your pitch. This field experience will help you grow as a sales professional.

  • You are currently enrolled in an official academic program and can provide an internship agreement through your institution (mandatory). 🎓

  • You are fluent in French and have a professional level in English (other languages are an asset!).

  • You're not afraid of cold calls – you're comfortable engaging in conversations, even with people you've never met.

  • You are resilient, proactive and eager to learn.

  • You are organized, autonomous and thrive in a dynamic environment.

  • You are solution-oriented and motivated to help local merchants get started with Too Good To Go.

  • You have a valid driver's license. 🚗

  • Bonus: You have experience in telephone prospecting.
