We are a climate tech start-up located in the heart of Brussels looking for an ambitious and motivated individual to help us build and grow our partnership program.
At Tapio, we are building a network of partners who share our passion and drive to accelerate the climate transition. In concrete terms, our partners use our Tapio platform to work more efficiently and bring added value to their end customers. We already have partners in several countries and are looking to expand further.
What you will do in a few words
You will be mentored and trained by our Partnerships Manager, and after discovering our carbon strategy platform and meeting your teammates, you will work on the following missions:
Build and maintain the partnership pipeline
Identify and exploit new opportunities ;
Prospecting and qualifying the Partners' prospects ;
Manage relationships with existing and new partners;
Develop partnerships over time to ensure recurring sales;
Improve revenue per partner;
Collect feedback from partners and share it with the product team;
Deliver the Tapio demo to prospects to ensure they understand how we can bring value to them;
Collaborate with our marketing team to feed the sales pipeline based on your operational feedback;
Develop a sustainable network developing your expertise in climate transition;
Collaborate with all departments to enable Tapio to achieve its development goals.
Profile
Awareness and sensitivity to climate issues, motivation, proactivity, excellence, rigor, appropriation and passion for tech. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn more, autonomous and able to take initiative.
Our ideal candidate:
Graduate in business or a similar field
Experience in a sales/marketing/project management role is desired (6 months, personal or professional project)
Good knowledge of sales and lead management
Communication skills in English and German, French and Dutch are an asset;
A collaborative and proactive approach
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
Someone curious, competent and motivated
Willingness to work in a learning-by-doing environment
Ability to use CRM platforms such as Odoo or Hubspot
Affinity with green technologies and carbon responsibility
You like to work in a team and in a start-up environment
You are ideally available for 6 months

Education/experience related to the field of job posting
Passion for environmental issues, motivation, proactivity, rigor, ownership and enthusiasm
Endless learner, eager to keep up with cutting-edge technology
Familiarity with the processes for calculating and reducing greenhouse gas emissions: carbon footprint (GHG protocol), Life Cycle Assessment (Simapro or other), SBT, etc.
Open-minded and with a great sense of humor
