Job description

Under the supervision of the communication manager, you will participate in the following missions:

📝 CONTENT

Writing and distribution of content for websites, social networks, newsletters and web writing of articles
Development and monitoring of paper programs
Drafting of files for the public and professionals
Production of various brochures and communication materials.

💻 SOCIAL MEDIA AND WEBSITES

Follow-up of communication campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
Content and especially video creation
Monitoring of the various accounts
Communication and responses to festival-goers
Updating websites

👋 PRESS AND INFLUENCERS

Update of the database of journalists and influencers
Personalized welcome at events
Assistance with the organisation of events and press conferences
Sending invitations and newsletters
Creation of press kits
Conducting a press review

Profile

We are looking for a motivated intern with an affinity for social networks and writing, to join the team of the communication department.

🤩 If you answer "It's all me!" in your head to the following criteria, you are probably the person we are looking for:

Study in communication, marketing or PR
Perfect command of the French language
Knowledge and affinity with social networks
Knowledge or desire to learn how to make videos with Capcut
Knowledge or desire to learn how to use website management platforms (Wordpress)
Good organization and ability to multitask
Ability to work in a team is essential, but also in complete autonomy
Flexible schedules in the run-up to events (including evenings and some weekends)
Affinity with event organization and/or the music/street arts sector is a plus
Available for a period of 3 to 6 months

Presence at one of the previous editions of LaSemo and/or Namur in May;

📆 Dates : depending on your availability, it is possible to apply for different periods of the year, from October to the end of July. We encourage interns to stay until the date of the event(s), there is nothing like experiencing it to see the fruit of the work accomplished.

- Sustainable Culture Forum: 25/11/25
- Magic Cabaret: 11/12/25 to 25/01/26
- Namur in May: 14-15-16/05/26
- LaSemo: 9-10-11-12/07/26

Duration: minimum 3 months.
Working time : 4/5
Office : Co-working Transforma Bxl - Av. Jules Bordet 13, 1140 Evere
Teleworking : 1 day per week (to be confirmed with the internship supervisor)
Salary : Unpaid internship
Reimbursement of transport costs : €30/month (with proof)
Equipment : a computer provided (unless otherwise agreed)
