Internship - Multimedia Graphic Designer Assistant

Under the supervision of the graphic designer and the communication manager, you will participate in the following missions:

💻 DIGITAL COMMUNICATION MEDIA: 

• Creation of visuals for our social networks: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok;

• Layout of web banners and newsletters;

• Website management via WordPress;

• Creation of illustrations (if competent) for programs and websites;

📄 PRINT COMMUNICATION MATERIALS: 

• Creation and layout of communication documents (programs, posters, flyers, files, brochures, etc.);

• Search for quotes and orders for communication media (posters, flyers, programs, etc.) and various merchandising products;

📣 ON-SITE COMMUNICATION: 

• Creation and assembly of event signage (tarpaulins, panels, merchandising objects, etc.);

• Participation in prototyping in FabLab;

📹 VIDEO: 

• Production of video content (commercials, interviews, content for social networks)

• Study in graphic design (Print & Web); 🎓

• Previous experience in a non-profit organisation, internship or volunteering is appreciated;

• Good knowledge of Adobe software: Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, Premiere, (After Effect is a plus);

• Good organization and ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time;

• Ability to work in a team is essential, but also independently;

• Flexible schedules in the run-up to events (including evenings and weekends);

• Affinity with event organization and/or the music/street arts sector;
