You will participate and assist your colleagues in the personnel administration department in order to gain insight into its various activities.
👉 As a Personnel Administration Intern, you will mainly be required to:
Drafting contracts and amendments
Create workers in the various payroll software
Process and follow up on absences
Processing and dispatching mail
Profile
You are currently pursuing studies in human resources management, law, or administration (bachelor's or master's degree) 🎓
You have good analytical and information processing skills and high accuracy
You have excellent communication skills and enjoy teamwork. 👌
Enthusiastic, autonomous and flexible, you are able to deal with stressful situations.
You have a good knowledge of computer tools and you adapt easily to new programs.
