During this internship, you will be in charge of helping the community via:
Assistance in the management of letters and mailings;
Respond to customer or supplier requests;
Track orders, manage invoices, file documents, keep documents in a place where they can be easily found;
Update contacts and prospect (customers and suppliers);
Collect as much information as possible in order to better understand the client's needs and expectations and make proposals for improving services.
The profile sought:
Is comfortable with managing mailboxes, Excel files;
Has a good knowledge of French;
Is dynamic, autonomous, not afraid to take initiative;
Demonstrates organizational and analytical skills;
Is available for a minimum of 3 months of internship.
