E-shop and Community Manager (3 months minimum)

Orybany offers you an internship as an E-shop and Community Manager. Your role will be to animate Orybany's online community on the various social networks. You are in charge of highlighting our creators, creating, growing and maintaining a link between Orybany and our different target audience depending on the project: creative workshops/awareness-raising/products for sale.

Intern Responsibilities:

• Creation of content for Orybany's communication (images, blog posts);

• Creation of content according to the different social networks: photos, texts, newsletter, sharing in different groups, networking to increase our visibility and sales;

• Monitoring and moderation. On forums or social networks, you will be in charge of answering Internet users' questions about Orybany, interacting with subscribers and in general, maintaining a high engagement rate;

• Data analysis and advertising on social networks: analyze what our KPIs are and propose actions;

• E-shop management: update products, encode new products online, remove old products, update product sheets.

At Orybany, one day is never like another. Being in direct contact with customers and creators allows you to experience a transaction from A to Z from production to consumption, knowing who made the product and what the customer is looking for in their purchases. The shop is run by the creators. Each person brings their own story, experience and motivation. A typical day with us is punctuated by human encounters.

• Graduate level;

• Similar experience in other boxes;

• Be creative, responsive and versatile;

• Be open-minded, autonomous;

• Don't be afraid to test and try new things;

• Enjoy contact (with creators, clients);

• Be comfortable with social networks (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin, Tiktok);

• Have a good level of French and English;

• Be available for a minimum of 3 months of internship.
