Right-hand admin (3 months minimum)

During this internship, you will be in charge of helping the community via:

• Assistance in the management of letters and mailings;

• Respond to customer or supplier requests;

• Track orders, manage invoices, file documents, keep documents in a place where they can be easily found;

• Update contacts and prospect (customers and suppliers);

• Collect as much information as possible in order to better understand the client's needs and expectations and make proposals for improving services.

The profile sought:

• Is comfortable with managing mailboxes, Excel files;

• Has a good knowledge of French;

• Is dynamic, autonomous, not afraid to take initiative;

• Demonstrates organizational and analytical skills;

• Is available for a minimum of 3 months of internship.

• Step 3: Welcome to the team.
