Job description

We are looking for our new B2B Commercial Manager and offer you the opportunity to actively participate in the development of our activities through the deployment of our customer portfolio and the implementation of our marketing strategy.

Your future missions (in direct collaboration with the CEO):

1. B2B Business Development

  • Active Prospecting and Customer Acquisition : Identifying, prospecting, and converting new B2B customers (producers, restaurateurs, distributors, and processors) in order to grow the network and sales, via events, listings, and other prospecting tools.

  • Sales cycle management : Manage the entire sales cycle, from the first contact to the signing of the contract, with professional customers, from discovery to closing, relying on Odoo's CRM for the follow-up and structuring of opportunities.

2. Customer follow-up and retention

  • Post-sales follow-up: Ensure quality post-sale support, meet customer needs and guarantee customer satisfaction to strengthen loyalty.

  • Maintenance of the customer file : Maintain the customer database by recording all interactions, sales and opportunities in Odoo's CRM, in order to keep an accurate history and optimize the business relationship.

3. Marketing strategy

  • Acquisition strategy (inbound & outbound): Analyze and optimize organic and paid channels to improve the conversion funnel.

  • Creation of marketing campaigns : Design and execute targeted campaigns (emailing, newsletters, events, etc.) to support commercial actions and strengthen the visibility of the offer.

  • Social media supervision (LinkedIn and Instagram): Lead and monitor digital communication in connection with the conversion strategy.

4. Reporting

  • Set up and track sales KPIs to evaluate performance and guide strategic decisions.

If you are passionate about sales, if you want to work with concrete players in the B2B food sector (producers, restaurateurs, distributors, etc.) while exploring new digital tools and techniques to sell differently, this position is for you.

Profile

You are dynamic, organized and rigorous. You know how to juggle several priorities while keeping a great attention to detail.
You have a commercial flair, the desire to convince, and a real motivation to grow an impact company.

We expect you to:

  • Excellent command of French and Dutch (minimum B2 level, oral and written). English is a big plus.

  • Interpersonal skills and sales skills : you easily create links and know how to transform an opportunity into a customer.

  • Strong "hunter" spirit : you take pleasure in prospecting, opening doors and building your portfolio with the strength of your curiosity and perseverance.

  • Marketing skills : you understand the conversion funnel and know how to manage acquisition campaigns (organic and paid).

  • Initiative and collaboration : you are proactive, proactive, and like to work in a team.

Technical and digital skills:

  • Good command of CRM tools, ideally Odoo (pipeline management, reporting, customer follow-up).

  • Comfortable with digital prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, databases, automated emailings, etc.).

  • Knowledge of marketing and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business, Mailchimp or equivalent).

  • Good digital culture and curiosity for new B2B solutions.

Type of contract:

Freelance or fixed-term contract, depending on your profile and availability, with the possibility of long-term development.
