Director of Industrial Operations - Interim Manager
Job description
As part of the opening of our new FSSC22000-certified production unit, we are looking for an experienced Interim Manager to take on the strategic role of Director of Operations. The objective of this mission is to secure operational continuity, structure the critical functions of the production site, and support the increase in capacity of the new unit.
The successful candidate will help steer the implementation of the industrial tool, optimize the operational organization, and actively contribute to the integration of sustainable solutions, while ensuring the fluidity of production processes.
👉 You will surpass yourself in these main missions:
Productivity calculations: machine capacity, production time, projected volumes, etc.
Selection, configuration and deployment of automated production machines, in line with the specifications.
Analysis of the layout plan of the production room, including the organization of flows, storage spaces and workstations.
Implementation of operational procedures for production and internal logistics.
Optimization of the supply chain, from the raw material circuit to distribution (BtB & BtC).
ERP (Odoo) tracking and optimization with automation tools, including an integrated scanning system.
Training of operators/handlers in new processes and monitoring of compliance with good practices.
Integration of CSR/sustainability initiatives into industrial operations.
Profile
Significant experience (min. 5 years) in an operational or industrial management role, ideally in the food, pharmaceutical or dietary supplement sector.
Previous experience in the management of complex industrial projects (implementation of new lines, site opening).
Mastery of ERP systems, ideally Odoo.
In-depth knowledge of quality and safety standards (FSSC22000, HACCP, etc.).
Ability to analyze, model and optimize industrial flows.
Excellent change management, leadership and communication skills. 🤝
