Join Maison Dandoy, a renowned Belgian institution that has been specialising in biscuit crafts for almost 200 years. 🍪 To strengthen our commercial presence with our B2B customers, we are recruiting a B2B / Corporate / Horeca / Wholesaler Sales Manager in charge of developing our B2B, corporate and horeca sales channels as well as our network of distributors (wholesaler).

👉 Your responsibilities

As an ambassador of Maison Dandoy, you will be responsible for:

  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of B2B customers (resellers, companies, hospitality) by establishing a lasting relationship of trust. 💼

  • Identify new business opportunities in Belgium and neighbouring countries.

  • Respond to incoming requests from our various channels and transform them into concrete collaborations .

  • Visit your customers regularly to understand their specific needs and propose adapted solutions. 🤝

  • Ensure a remarkable presence at professional events to increase our visibility and generate new contacts.

  • To develop and cultivate prestigious partnerships and sponsorships with high-end establishments, selective retailers and renowned companies.

  • Manage the entire sales cycle : prospecting, negotiation, closing and invoicing.

  • Collaborate with the Operations teams (workshop, logistics, etc.) in order to propose offers to customers in line with the reality of our artisanal production.

  • To ensure a quality after-sales service, guaranteeing the satisfaction and loyalty of our customers.

  • Analyze performance and optimize the sales strategy. 📈

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our administrative and operational processes.

  • Feed and update our CRM database (Odoo) with rigor and precision.

Profile

  • You are trilingual: French, Dutch and English.

  • You have a first experience in prospecting and B2B sales management in the field.

  • You've worked in a team before and that gives you energy

  • You are autonomous, dynamic and know how to take initiative. 💪

  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and like to maintain quality contact with your interlocutors.

  • You have a strong customer focus and are attentive to the satisfaction of your partners. 👌

  • You are structured, rigorous, and able to manage several business opportunities in an organized manner.

  • You are a licence holder. 🚗

  • You are comfortable with digital tools. Knowledge of Odoo is an asset, but training is provided upon your arrival.
