Job description

You are offered an internship in a dynamic and committed sustainable fashion start-up, where you will have the opportunity to work on various projects and make a real impact. You will be involved in the management of concrete projects, with responsibility and autonomy, and you will contribute directly to the development of our brand. 🌱

👉 Here is a (non-exhaustive) list of projects you could work on:

💼 B2B market development

Structure and develop an offer for companies (catalogue, positioning, strategy).
Collaborate with partners to develop ranges adapted to the needs of professionals.
To increase the visibility of our offer on LinkedIn and other platforms.

🚀 Expansion of the B2C market in France

Develop strategies to strengthen our presence and sales in the French market, including through marketing campaigns.

🧵 Product Development

Analyze customer feedback to improve our existing parts.
Participate in the development of new pieces and in the search for innovative and sustainable materials.
Collaborate with our workshops to test and finalize prototypes.

🤝 Development of the retail sales channel

Identify potential reseller stores and negotiate partnerships.
Manage relationships with our resellers and highlight their work on our platforms.
Improvement of the experience around our products in retail stores.

📣 Seeking Grants and Media Opportunities

Identify relevant grants and prepare application packages.
Contact the media to develop brand awareness.

🌍 Waste management

To develop a management chain for our textile waste.
Finding outlets to recycle waste.

📦 Logistics

Rethink inventory and order management.
Ensure and optimize inventory monitoring with partners.
Work on order follow-up and customer relations.

Profile

👀 We are looking for a student:

In Master's or Bac3, with a specialization in management, Economics or any related field.

Having good project management skills and comfortable with autonomy and responsibilities.
Proactive, organized, and motivated by the idea of working on varied and impactful projects. 👌
Sensitive to environmental issues and interested in sustainable fashion.

Conduct of interviews

First meeting: presentations, clarification of the terms of the internship, identification of the tasks and topics that interest you, answers to any questions you may have.
Presentation of a short case, open discussions.
