🌱 Context
The non-profit organisation Petits Riens is a social economy company active in the recovery, recovery and sale of second-hand goods in our network of 26 stores. We sort more than 8000 tons of textile and miscellaneous goods annually. These activities are also a platform for professional reintegration.
In this context, we are looking for our new Manager of the Miscellaneous Objects Sorting Workshops. Each workshop is made up of a team and a manager and is distributed by theme: books, flea markets, small household appliances, large household appliances, toys, corporate donations.
In addition to these social economy activities, Les Petits Riens also involves social actions implemented through accommodation and housing policies for the homeless and psychological, medical and social follow-ups.
💪 Mission
Your mission is to:
The management of teams made up of salaried and professional integration workers, as well as volunteers, representing about thirty people (+/- 18 FTEs).
The administrative management of the various workstations and the monitoring of production indicators and production flows.
The organization of workshops according to stocks and commercial demands.
👉 Your tasks
Team management : Ensure the recruitment, supervision, evaluation and training of employees to guarantee an efficient and motivating work dynamic.
Administrative management : Monitor and analyze performance indicators (KPIs), manage labels and guarantees, as well as human resources aspects.
Representation : Participate in sectoral meetings related to the preparation for the reuse of WEEE and other everyday objects as a representative of Les Petits Riens.
Production coordination : Work closely with the collection, consisting of the B and C driver team, and the sales teams to ensure efficient production.
Production and continuous improvement : Intervene regularly in the field to control sorting processes, identify optimization levers and guarantee their continuous improvement.
Safety : Ensure the rigorous application of safety rules and actively contribute to their improvement.
Cleanliness : Coordinate cleanliness management and waste disposal.
Profile
You are interested in the challenges of sustainable development, in particular the social and environmental impact of the activities of the second-hand sector. 🌱
You have at least a bachelor's degree in management / business administration or logistics and/ or solid experience in an equivalent position,
You have valuable experience as a team leader.
You are able to ensure a benevolent and collaborative management. 🤝
You like to pass on your skills to colleagues, especially to members of your team who are part of a professional integration trajectory.
You communicate clearly and appropriately to each person.
You are able to organize and manage the execution of recurring tasks in a changing reality of incoming flows (we work with donations).
You have no health contraindications to working in an area with drafts, dust and carrying loads.
You are comfortable using Microsoft tools and have proven knowledge of Excel. 💻
You are ready to take training courses for waste management or waste knowledge.

Full-time permanent contract (38 hours/week) from Monday to Friday, under Executive status.
Time: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ⏰
Salary defined according to the scales of Les Petits Riens.
Meal vouchers of €8 per day of service.
6 days of extra-legal leave.
Hospitalisation insurance after one year of service
Group insurance (3% employee share and 6% employer share).
The reimbursement of 100% of public transport or a sectoral flat rate if you come by car (home-work) or €0.35/km if you come by bike/scooter.
