📍 Context
At Les Petits Riens, we want to promote the development of our social economy model through the development of our communication on social networks of our second-hand activities, in order to increase the support to be given to our front-line social actions, in particular housing, housing, social services and training for people in precarious situations who contact us.
The collaboration within our association is based on a vision of balance between the development of each employee and the results of our commercial (collection, sorting, sale) and social activities, which are also training spaces for our target audiences. It is with this in mind that we are working on the visibility of our commercial and social actions on social networks, in addition to the communication and merchandising that is carried out in the 26 stores of our commercial network.
To complete our team, we are looking for a Content Creator who shares our corporate culture focused on the social economy and our values. This is a replacement contract.
🚀 Mission
Under the supervision of the Communication/Marketing Manager and in close collaboration with the Commercial Communication Manager, you will strengthen the visibility and digital impact of Les Petits Riens by creating engaging content and animating our online communities, in order to promote our social actions, our second-hand stores and our circular projects.
👉 Key Responsibilities
The creation of commercial and social content on our various communication media
Maintaining a balance of publications between commercial and social
Managing the brand image of Les Petits Riens with customers and donors
The animation and moderation of our community on our social networks (facebook-instagram-linkedin-tiktok)
Planning and managing campaigns on our social networks, in coordination with the communication team
Social media budget management
Monitoring social media trends and competitors' actions
Tasks
To carry out your missions, you will mainly carry out the following tasks:
Analyze customer and donor behavior and needs
Produce creative content (videos, photos, etc.) for our social networks (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok) in good collaboration with the teams that may be involved
Write engaging posts adapted to each platform
Analyze performance (KPIs: engagement, reach, conversions) and adjust the strategy
Write newsletters (Mailchimp) as well as articles for our website (SEO friendly)
Animate and moderate our communities on social networks (replies to comments, private messages)
Develop interactions to strengthen engagement (contests, surveys, etc.)
Configure and monitor marketing campaigns on our social networks
Profile
To achieve the challenges of this function:
You have a degree in marketing, communications or similar 🎓 field
You are digitally and social media oriented, showing creativity and curiosity
You are interested in sustainable development and its impact on the planet and society, especially the second-hand textile and miscellaneous objects sector
You are skilled in your communication and you know how to present a product to the people targeted by storytelling techniques
You know how to bounce back and deal with unforeseen events and emergencies
You have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to a multicultural and intergenerational environment
You have a perfect command of oral/written French with excellent writing skills; Dutch will be an asset
You know the missions and challenges of the association, with the desire to become an ambassador of the organization
You are proficient in one or more video editing software (e.g. CapCut, etc.) as well as graphic design software (e.g. Canva, etc.). 💻
You are proficient in tools such as Pack Office, WordPress, MailChimp and Meta Business Suite. Knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus
