Job description

At Happy Hours Market, we fight against waste in a different way. Happy Hours Market gives a second life to surplus food and beverages by building a fast, agile and ultra-operational supply chain.

Our growth is accelerating and our operations are becoming more and more strategic. To support this evolution, we are looking for a Head of Logistics & Operations capable of structuring, managing and developing our entire operational organization. A key role, very cross-functional, with a real business and field impact.

🎯 Your mission

You are the operational engine of Happy Hours Market.

Your goal: to guarantee a smooth and scalable execution of all logistics and distribution operations.

You will manage the activity on a daily basis while building the processes and organization that will allow the company to grow efficiently.

You supervise two managerial relays:

  • a logistics operations manager

  • A Distribution & Transport Manager

You combine strategic vision, analytical skills and a strong presence in the field.

⚡️ Your responsibilities

Operations management

  • Supervise all daily logistics flows

  • Ensuring the quality and fluidity of operations

  • Optimize stocks, spaces and processes

  • Structure working methods and operational standards

  • Monitor KPIs and field performance

Distribution & transport

  • Oversee the organization of routes and deliveries

  • Improve quality of service and deadlines

  • Coordinate logistics teams and partners

  • Anticipate operational problems and find solutions quickly

Management & structuring

  • Supervise and support the two division managers

  • Increasing the skills of the teams

  • Establish a culture of high standards, autonomy and continuous improvement

  • Actively participate in the structuring of the company

Profile

  • You have a solid background in logistics, supply chain or operations

  • You know how to manage complex and scalable operations

  • You are as comfortable in analysis as in the field

  • You have already managed teams and ideally managers

  • You are structured, responsive and solution-oriented

  • You enjoy fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments

  • You want to make a concrete impact in a growing company

Experience in food, retail or FMCG is a real plus.
