Happy Hours Market is the application that allows all Brussels residents to save money on their shopping, while fighting against food waste. 🌱
How does it work? Every day, we collect unsold goods from mass distribution players (supermarkets, wholesalers, brands) to make them available at reduced prices on our application.
And for that, we need you! 💪
👉 The Customer Service Manager at Happy Hours Market will be responsible for:
After-sales service:
Respond to customer messages and requests via the app chat. 💻
Process voucher requests and refunds according to established procedures.
Listening to customers:
Coordinate and optimize the processes of collecting and processing customer feedback, in order to best adapt our service to the needs of our customers.
We collect a lot of feedback from the application, collection points, emails, etc... And the objective is to ensure that the information is properly channeled to the team member(s) in charge of following up.
Analyze all this data to identify areas for improvement in service. 📊
Assist in the organization and analysis of tests related to the "customer experience" at pick-up points.

You have a natural ability to communicate and interact with diverse communities.
You have a strong interest in communication and digital marketing.
You are proactive and dynamic.
🤓 Your skills
You have excellent verbal communication skills and are comfortable in English or Dutch (no need to be bilingual).
You have a real sense of customer and service.
You are good problem solvers.
Similar prior experience is important, and project management experience is a real plus.
