Happy Hours Market, a fast-growing start-up committed to the fight against food waste, is actively looking for a talented and motivated Marketing and Communication Manager to join our dynamic team. You will develop the company's marketing strategy to build brand awareness and further support and stimulate the current strong growth. Your responsibilities :

  • Contribute to defining the company's objectives, action plans and KPIs as a member of the management team.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with Happy Hours Market's goals.

  • Co-manage a team composed of a content and communication officer, an after-sales service manager, a press relations manager.

  • Define communication topics, plan content to be published on social networks and ensure consistency between all communication channels with an external communication agency in charge of managing our presence on social networks.

  • Optimize marketing strategy to improve customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.

  • Improve the customer journey across all our communication channels (app, emails, notifications, advertisements, website).

  • Design and execute effective online and offline marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads, including digital advertising, flyer distribution, partnerships, events and press relations.

  • Analyze marketing data, such as campaign performance or consumer behavior on the app, using analytics tools to tailor marketing actions and maximize return on investment.

  • Work closely with the IT and Operations teams to adapt the marketing and communication strategy according to needs and challenges.

  • Track daily sales and implement specific actions to drive sales.

  • Coordinate marketing and communication actions during the launch of new pick-up points.

  • Plan, optimize and track the marketing budget.

Your skills:

  • Excellent project management skills, with an ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Organizational skills, versatility and flexibility

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment;

  • Ability to use data and analytics to make informed decisions and optimize marketing performance.

  • Excellent understanding of online and offline marketing principles, including social media, online ads, mailing and SEO.
