📌 A volunteer – Building pilot engagement programs (m/f/x)
Volunteer mission – 1/3 to 1/2 time – Fernelmont
Do you dream of combining commitment, impact and collaboration? The non-profit organisation UNEOS, created at the beginning of 2025 by the Coopeos cooperative, raises awareness and mobilises citizens in a sustainable way to meet environmental and social challenges together.
We are looking for a committed volunteer to contribute to the construction and development of the non-profit organisation by designing and testing mobilisation programmes for our target audiences.
Ideally, this mission will suit a person who can, in the long term, evolve into a role of coordination of the non-profit organization or of a paid project manager.
👉 Missions and responsibilities
Design and test engagement programs
Define global objectives in line with the needs of the public and the mission of UNEOS
Carry out research, research and training to feed the content of the programmes
Identify and mobilize the necessary partners
Lead co-construction meetings and ensure their follow-up
Develop program content with partners
Identify funding (subsidies, calls for projects) to support the programmes
Participate in the implementation and testing of certain programs at our clients' sites
🧐 Who is Uneos ?
Created at the beginning of 2025 at the initiative of the Coopeos cooperative, UNEOS raises awareness and sustainably mobilizes citizens, schools, companies and municipalities around the environmental and social transition.
We develop long-term mobilization programs, aimed at concrete and sustainable behavioral changes, with monitoring of impacts, the valorization of results and the creation of local partnerships.
Our ambition: to contribute to a more sustainable future by empowering everyone, together, to address ecological and social challenges.

Your application will be treated discreetly.
1st interview – by videoconference (Teams)
30 minutes with the HR manager to discuss UNEOS, your background and your motivations for joining us.
30 minutes with the coordinator to deepen the content of the position and your experience.
2nd interview – face-to-face
1 hour to 1h30 of exchanges around the values and the mode of shared governance of UNEOS, as well as to get to know you better.
1 hour meeting with the whole team.
