Anne-Bénédicte Hannotte - Storylific
Storylific: when you can plant one or more trees with your ears, it must be known...!
For this podcast "Midoricast", a project of the non-profit organization "The Podcast Factory Org" sponsored by "transforma bxl" (coworking with 3 ecological labels), we welcomed Anne-Bénédicte Hannotte from Storylific to our microphone!
When you can plant one or more trees with your ears, it must be known and you absolutely must hear it!
For a storyteller, I can't present Anne-Bénédicte Hannotte's interview to my microphone without telling you about the path that led her to me.
So once upon a time,... An encounter that led to another and to a magical moment at the end of the road.
Our adventure began with the meeting of Vincent Truyens during one of our very first podcasts, whom I then saw again and with whom I keep in touch.
Vincent and I get along more than well and we also have in common a real concern for the environment, the transition, a circular and local economy.
He will even help me one day to organize an hrmeetup event. offering a reflection on the role of an HR/HR Director and the importance of his choices in terms of environment within companies.
Time passes, the years go by too quickly... But in the meantime I launched my non-profit organisation, a podcast school.
A beautiful morning (I imagine it must have been one of those mornings – otherwise it's unimportant – when you feel like you want to change things...)
AnBé, as she is nicknamed, talks to Vincent about her idea for a podcast who, for two reasons, recommends that she contact me for help.
Indeed I started podcasting in 2007, I have enough experience to recommend it and "icing on the cake", the subject will obviously speak to me.
Well done Vincent! I owe you a great debt of gratitude. That's how I received my first message on Linkedin d'AnBé. She needs advice and help with the set-ups.
Cautious and always in my desire to remain humble, I accept to help but I specify that I have learned through experience, that I do not pretend to know and know everything, that I am certainly not a sound engineer but that I compensate with tips and tricks that I gladly share and which are in fact very simple.
Inspired however over time and more and more under the spell of his project, which I find super-inspiring, I end up offering AnBé to give me an interview.
She also has to place herself on the other side of the microphone, an approach that will allow her to understand the necessary empathy to have with her future guests.
She joined me at transforma bxl, to record in a soundproof studio, with the idea of an HR podcast. But everything changes when, before starting, AnBé plays me her intro jingle already ready.
At that moment, while listening to him, two things happen: no, actually three... First of all, I am taken by what is commonly called a real "goosebumps": a great admiration mixed with a lot of emotions....but why didn't I have this inspiring idea too!?
And it's a wow effect that happens in my ears! no other words! His intro? A sublime idea... Then I have only one desire: to talk about this podcast to all our listeners, to all my family and friends, I want to participate, to help even more...
And I then propose to switch, to no longer record for hrmeetup but for this Midoricast project since we are also, here, so aligned in our intentions.
In the end, the third thing that takes place is a huge dilemma: the subject is and remains interesting, fascinating, for the audience of our two podcast projects.
What is more, both are concerned and can act; React to what is said on the microphone...
This is the story that leads you, dear listeners, to a listening that I recommend to you more than ever because it will surprise you in more ways than one.
Storylific was born, it had many small/big podcasts and told many inspiring stories... And I'm willing to bet you'll like it!
So the rest, and the end of the story, you will know it by listening to his interview... But is there an end when the story is pretty, by the way?
