Social Worker - Guidance and Accompaniment towards Employment

The actions of the Training and Employment Service aim to give people who receive financial assistance from the CPAS the opportunity to acquire as many skills and tools as possible to (re)find a job.

Your mission:

• You select the candidate-beneficiaries, actively prepare them and facilitate their connection with partner employers

• You support their professional integration by supervising the key steps: interviews, evaluations, psychosocial support

• You co-construct a skills development plan with them and ensure its follow-up

• You support their progress throughout the contract and prepare them for sustainable integration into the job market

• You have a Bachelor's degree in Social Work

• You are able to conduct one-on-one interviews

• You are a good listener and empathetic while maintaining a critical mind

• You are proficient in computer tools and are good at writing

• You have knowledge of the legislation relating to employment contracts

• You speak French and/or Dutch (in possession of the Selor patent or willing to obtain it)
