A Nurse (m/f/x)
For a fixed-term contract (6 months) full-time (38 hours/week)
What does the job consist of?
As a nurse, you prepare and monitor patients before, during and after the procedure. You support patients and their families psychosocially while being discreet. Your technical knowledge and experience allow you to quickly become autonomous within the team. You master the room equipment as well as the procedures established according to the interventions. You will play the role of a nurse circulating in the operating room. You understand the importance of collaboration with physicians and the multidisciplinary team in order to participate in the continuity and quality of care. You do not hesitate to take initiatives to improve the functioning of the unit.
Your mission to surgical patients is to maintain, improve or restore their health, well-being and independence.
· Assisting doctors and performing technical procedures;
· Participate in the continuity and quality of care by collaborating with the nursing staff;
· Carry out impeccable follow-up of the patient file;

Your education
· You hold a Bachelor's degree in nursing, approved and registered by the Brabant Medical Commission
Your experience and knowledge
· You have experience in the operating room.
· You have a good knowledge of Dutch: You are able to understand the patient's needs and communicate with your colleagues.
· Your computer knowledge allows you to ensure optimal follow-up of files.
Your skills
· You are rigorous and attentive to details. In the operating room, every step is essential: you apply the procedures with precision and constantly ensure the safety of the patient.
· You know how to keep calm under pressure. You are able to manage urgent situations, prioritize your actions and remain efficient in an environment where the pace can be fast.
· You like to work in a team. You communicate easily with the various stakeholders, promote collaboration and contribute to a positive work atmosphere.
· You are organized and forward-looking. You anticipate the needs of the surgical team, prepare your work environment methodically and take initiative when necessary.
· You are adaptable and available. You know how to adjust to different situations, changes in programs and the needs of the department.
· You are discreet and professional. You respect confidentiality, adopt a respectful attitude towards patients and their relatives and guarantee quality care.
We offer you:
· Type of contract: 6-month fixed-term contract possibility of extension
· Working time: 100% (38h/week)
· Opening hours: Monday to Friday (no weekends or public holidays), hours between 7:15 am and 8:30 pm

Remuneration on the basis of the IFIC scales (category 15), with resumption of seniority:
· Min: cat 15 =3620.24€ (index: 2.1647)
· Max: cat 15 = 5718.93€ (index 2.1647)
