Nurse U83 - Gastroenterology (M/W/X)

The primary mission of the Nursing Department is to provide quality, personalized care tailored to patients, while ensuring high-performing nursing operations.

You will also contribute to our hospital's continuous improvement process through your nursing duties:

• You demonstrate skills in the specialty.
• You perform the nursing anamnesis, analyze and interpret data.
• You establish a nursing diagnosis and validate it in collaboration with the patient and their loved ones.
• You develop the care schedule for each patient in alignment with the care plan and evaluate it.
• You apply all required prevention measures to patients to avoid sentinel events.
• You respect legislation, care techniques, protocols, and institutional procedures.
• You commit to professional development.
• You show a sense of observation, discernment, and judgment.
• You show creativity, reflection, and act as a change agent within your team.
• You establish and maintain friendly relationships with the patient, their loved ones, members of the multidisciplinary team, and other hospital departments.
• You inform the patient about the care provided, scheduled examinations, and initiated treatments, and verify the level of integration of the information provided.
• You transmit any relevant information using professional language.

Employment condition(s):

• You hold a bachelor's degree in nursing, a brevet, or a diploma equivalence issued by the Wallonia-Brussels Federation.
• You have a perfect knowledge of French (B2 level).
