Logistics Coordinator
Job description
Your cargoes cross four continents. Your systems never lie. You report a delay before someone asks you. - If this sounds like you, Brolutions is looking for a logistics coordinator to manage our end-to-end supply chain and ensure the movement of sustainable products from the factory to the shelf.
About the Company
Brolutions is a Belgian holding company behind three purpose-driven consumer brands: Bambaw (sustainable everyday products), Oravix (oral care) and Arista (Ayurveda-inspired wellness). Our products reach customers in more than 30 countries via Amazon, retail and our own online stores. We are a compact and international team of 30 people based in Brussels and remotely.
About the position
We are looking for a logistics coordinator to take full responsibility for our physical supply chain – from the moment goods leave our suppliers in China to their availability in all regional logistics channels. You will be the central point of contact for our freight forwarders, 3PL and Amazon FBA/AWD warehouses in four regions (EU, UK, USA, Canada).
It's not a support role. You will manage logistics independently from day one, working closely with the purchasing team and reporting to the Supply Chain Manager. You'll coordinate international freight, manage inbound shipments, maintain accurate inventory systems, validate invoices, and flag risks before they become stock-outs.
Key Responsibilities
International freight and shipping (30%)
Manage the end-to-end shipping flow of China-based freight forwarders via sea/air freight to destination warehouses in the EU, UK, US, and Canada
Coordinate booking, documentation, customs clearance, and last-mile delivery to every 3PL
Track every shipment in real-time and escalate delays before they affect inventory availability
Amazon FBA & AWD Inbound Management (25%)
Manage inbound FBA shipments in four regions, ensuring that shipping plans meet Amazon's requirements (labeling, packing, appointment scheduling)
Coordinate Amazon Warehousing & Distribution (AWD) in the United States, including bulk scheduling and monitoring of automatic replenishment to the FBA program
Prepare and monitor the expansion of AWDs to Europe during activation
3PL warehouse operations (20%)
Serve as a single point of contact for 3PLs (European hub and e-commerce warehouse)
Coordinate inbound receiving, outbound dispatch, intra-warehouse transfers, and new product integration to each 3PL
Oversee annual inventory counts, review and validate 3PL invoices against agreed rate cards
Inventory and system accuracy (15%)
Keep systems constantly up to date : ERP/inventory tool, Amazon Seller Central dashboards, and internal shipment tracking dashboard
Report and resolve discrepancies (overstock, defective, phantom stock) within 48 hours of detection
Manage product version transitions between warehouses to minimize mixed inventory
Cost tracking and risk management (10%)
Track logistics costs per shipment and per unit across all lanes and 3PLs; Post every invoice before approval
Proactively report risks: port congestion, carrier delays, customs detentions, seasonal capacity constraints
Maintain visible shipment tracking for stakeholders with the real-time status of each active movement
Profile
About you
2-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain or freight coordination – ideally in an e-commerce or 3PL managed environment
Digitally Literate : Comfortable spending days working with Office 365, online platforms, and digital coordination tools. This is an office-based coordination role, not in the field or in the warehouse
Great attention to detail and a personal commitment to data accuracy – you understand that a missed system update has consequences later on physical assets
Proactive communicator : You report issues early on with clear context rather than waiting to be asked
Able to manage multiple shipments, systems, and time zones simultaneously without losing track
Language of work (language of work). French at B1+ level for communication with 3PL in Belgium
Valid work permit in the EU
It's nice to have:
Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and FBA/AWD inbound flows
Experience with cargo documentation (bills of lading, packing lists, commercial invoices)
Hands-on experience with an ERP or inventory management tool
Why apply?
Join a growing multi-brand company where your work directly keeps sustainable products on the shelves on three continents
