Job description

As Coordinator of Health Providers, you play a central role in structuring and leading our ecosystem of providers – medical, paramedical, home care and help (psychologists, physiotherapists, home nurses, convalescent centres, health and paratransit services). You are the guarantor of a network in line with our ambitions and our quality requirements.

On a daily basis: 

  • You will create and develop the network of service providers by identifying, selecting and integrating new medical, paramedical and home help partners. You prospect according to the development of the service offer in French-speaking Belgium (Wallonia & Brussels), ensure ethical coherence between the service providers and the values of the organisation.

  • You coordinate and lead the network by ensuring a close relationship with all service providers, both individually and collectively. You plan and lead coordination and follow-up meetings, and act as an intermediary between the service provider network and internal departments.

  • You will set up and monitor performance indicators (KPIs) in order to guarantee the quality of services and the achievement of the objectives set. 

  • You guarantee the quality and compliance of the services delivered, ensuring compliance with standards, rules of ethics, protocols and legal obligations related to the sector. You will also manage complaints and incidents related to service providers.

  • You will be responsible for the administrative, contractual and financial management of service providers: agreements, monitoring of commitments, budget monitoring of partnerships, preparation of activity reports and regular reporting. You are a source of proposals to continuously improve the management of the network.

Profile

Essential criteria: 

To apply, the following three conditions are mandatory :

  • You have a perfect command of French, both oral and written. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus.

  • You are willing to travel very regularly in the Brussels region and Wallonia 3 to 5 days a week.

  • You hold a B licence

Your profile as a Health Provider Coordinator

  • You have a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in network management, healthcare providers or in a paramedical or medico-social environment.

  • You have a sense of communication and negotiation and know how to adapt your speech to all types of interlocutors, both orally and in writing. You have a strong customer and solution orientation. 

  • You are dynamic, organized, rigorous and proactive, with a real ability to plan, manage priorities and be autonomous in your work. 

  • You are flexible and adaptable, particularly when working in Brussels and Wallonia. 

  • You are comfortable with digital tools and performance management (KPIs, reporting, dashboards). 

  • You have a good knowledge of the medico-social, health or mutual insurance sector as well as integrated care networks in French-speaking Belgium – a serious asset. 

  • You have a bachelor's or master's degree in management, social affairs, paramedical or public health, or equivalent by experience.
