Job description
Fost Plus is strengthening its team with a profile oriented towards monitoring relations for Walloon intermunicipal companies. As a born networker, you make the link between Fost Plus' communication strategy and the communication needs in the field. You bring together the various stakeholders and projects around a common objective: to improve citizens' sorting behaviour.
To this end, you will support the communication officers of the intermunicipal companies in the management of their communication media and will translate national campaigns at the local level. An affinity with communication and communication project management is therefore a real asset.
You will join the Go-to-Market team, which also includes two colleagues in charge of the Flemish intermunicipal companies. You will work closely with the Branding & Campaigns team and report to the Corporate Affairs & Reputation Manager in the Marketing & Communications department.
Your responsibilities:
You are responsible for the local communication project management of the 7 Walloon intermunicipal waste management companies, as well as for certain cross-cutting files at the national level
In collaboration with these partners, you will develop an annual communication plan and monitor it, both administratively and operationally.
Their budget is your obsession. Your project management is impeccable. You will be constantly listening to the field in order to intervene quickly or to spot opportunities
You will contribute to the development of marketing campaigns, especially with a view to their translation at the local level within a clearly defined working framework.
You stay tuned to what's happening at the local level
Profile
You have a higher education degree or at least 3 years of relevant experience in an administrative and/or customer-facing position.
Your mother tongue is French, but you speak (fluently) Dutch.
You are empathetic and sociable, and you make contacts quickly. You are rigorous and have an eye for detail.
Budget administration and monitoring don't scare you
You know how to adapt easily to a changing context
You have a sensitivity to social issues such as waste management and recycling, and you know what citizens are concerned about
