For the Central Sterilization department at our Molière-Longchamp site (Forest)
A Sterilization Assistant (m/f/x)
Under a fixed-term contract (6 months) on a full-time basis (38 hours/week)
What does the job involve?
As a sterilization assistant, you are responsible for handling reusable medical and surgical equipment. Your mastery of processes and analytical mindset enable you to strictly apply hygiene rules and contribute to the smooth operation of the equipment cycle. Thanks to your thoroughness, you are able to detect anomalies and report them to the head nurse. Providing quality work is at the heart of your concerns, and you understand the importance of your role and collaboration with all stakeholders. Moreover, you do not hesitate to reinforce other sterilization departments if needed.
Your mission is to:
· Participate in the various tasks related to the transport, pre-disinfection, cleaning, disinfection, packaging, and sterilization of medical and surgical devices;
· Respect hygiene and staff protection measures when handling medical and surgical devices;
· Participate in the traceability of medical and surgical devices
What about you?
You hold a Certificate of Upper Secondary Education and a specialization in sterilization. You quickly become autonomous thanks to prior experience in a hospital setting.
You want to work in a local hospital where human values are central.
Physical work does not scare you; you are able to lift heavy loads (sometimes repetitive loads of 8 kg).
You are flexible: working hours between 7 AM and 8 PM from Monday to Friday.
You have a good command of French and a good knowledge of the second national language.
Your IT skills allow you to use the traceability software.

Remuneration based on IFIC scales (category 11), with recognition of seniority:
· Min: €2,949.72 (index: 2.2080)
· Max: €3,776.80 (index 2.2080)
