
Head of Expeditions
Job description

💻✨ Responsibilities:
a) Creation and development of new expeditions
Identify destinations and expedition formats with high potential (nature, sport, impact, seasonality, etc.).
Source and onboard new partner guides, accommodations and local service providers.
Co-construct responsible, immersive experiences with our guides that are aligned with the Wildhartt vision.
Write the technical sheets for the trips, define the selling prices, validate the field logistics.
(b) Shipment management and coordination
Manage the operational follow-up of shipments (reservations, logistics, coordination of actors).
Be the point of contact for the guides before and during departures.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety and sustainability standards.
Dealing with the unexpected calmly and efficiently.
c) Optimization & performance
Monitor the commercial performance of shipments and identify areas for improvement.
Work in conjunction with the marketing team to promote new stays.
Propose adjustments to formats, pricing or partners to optimize profitability and impact.
d) Vision and strategy
Participate in the product roadmap and the development of the annual catalog.
Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships (PNR, NGOs, shelters, outdoor brands, etc.).
Contribute to the structuring of production tools and processes.
Profile
You have a minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in project management (field), logistics coordination, entrepreneurship, consultancy.
You are passionate about adventure travel and immersive formats in the middle of nature 🌳
You are as comfortable in human relations (guides, hosts) as in excel (budget, follow-up).
You know how to manage several projects in parallel, move forward with topics and find solutions.
You are proactive, rigorous, benevolent and you are not afraid to improvise when necessary.
You're ultra-organized and you're not afraid of phone calls. 📞
A plus: you know territories, guides or expedition formats that you dream of developing.
