The main missions of our next colleague:
Job Posting & Resume Screening : You will be responsible for creating and managing job postings, as well as the initial screening of applications.
New Employee Onboarding : You will manage the onboarding of new recruits, from training to administrative processes to receiving their materials.
Monthly Payroll Management : You will ensure the monthly closing of salaries with complete accuracy.
Miscellaneous Simulations : You will be responsible for carrying out simulations related to salaries, notices, exit documents, etc.
Collaboration with the Accounting Office : Smooth interaction with our accounting colleagues will be essential.
Follow-up of HR Reports: You will ensure the regular monitoring of key HR indicators.
Flexibility to Variable Tasks : You will be willing to take on a variety of responsibilities as the business needs change.
Experience in Team Management : You have a flair for identifying and selecting talent that will meet the specific needs of our company (minimum 2 years of experience in HR)
Knowledge of the Horeca sector (a plus): Your understanding of the sector will help us refine our recruitment process, although it is not essential.
Autonomous Decision-Making : You are able to make informed decisions and work independently.
Organization & Structure : Your organized approach ensures that all HR processes will be managed efficiently.
