Student Job - Inventories

We are looking for one to several students to carry out inventories of second-hand office furniture. The missions will take place during the day and during the week and usually from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The ideal candidate should have a good level of English and be able to work independently and professionally.

🛠️ Your mission:

You will support our team in the referencing of second-hand office furniture.

In concrete terms, you will be responsible for:

• Take accurate measurements of furniture (chairs, desks, cabinets, etc.)

• Photograph furniture to feed our digital catalog

• Encode basic information (dimensions, color, overall condition) in our inventory tool

• Help organize furniture for easy evaluation and storage

• Observe gentle handling procedures to preserve refurbished furniture

• You are a student and have a few days available (flexibility welcome)

• You are rigorous and pay attention to details (measure to the nearest centimetre, write down the right information)

• You are autonomous, while knowing how to ask questions when necessary

• You are not afraid to move (small movements and light handling of furniture)

• An interest in the circular economy or second-hand is a real plus! 🌱

• Good level of English required

• Ability to work independently

• Flexibility to work on-demand depending on the assignment (only during the day and weekdays)
