As a Personnel Administration Intern, on a day-to-day basis: 

  • You draft contracts and amendments.

  • You add workers in the various payroll software.

  • You process and follow up on absences (medical certificates, short-term unemployment,...).

  • You are responsible for the administrative management of the students.

  • You process mail and dispatch it.


  • You are currently pursuing studies in human resources management, law, or administration.

  • You have good analytical skills, information processing and high accuracy.

  • You have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a team.

  • Enthusiastic, autonomous and flexible, you are able to cope with stressful situations.

  • You have a good knowledge of computer tools and you adapt easily to new programs.

  • You respect and guarantee the confidentiality of the data you process.
