Job description
You are up-to-date with the customer needs and strategy; understand business drivers and changing regulations within and related to the data products.
You work closely with key departments, assess their data environment, organise workshops in order to understand their data needs, provide data guidance and define with them the most appropriate and profitable data investment.
You help departments to generate and define data projects.
You ensure that data is properly exploited to support growth, innovation and operational efficiency.
You create, manage and continuously update the product backlog, which includes a prioritized list of features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on the input from the business and DAnA teams.
You orchestrate the backlog refinement, guide the story creation with the cross-functional team (data engineers, data analysts and data scientists) and represent the priorities towards the squad and in the agile ceremonies.
You manage stakeholder relationship, communicate data product status and gather feedbacks utilizing formal and informal written communication methods and you work on the awareness of the appropriate use of data and AI capabilities with our main stakeholders while emphasizing GDPR and EU AI Act implications.
You supporting departments in the use of self-service tools/assets.
Profile
You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Social Sciences or equivalent experience with an important background in analytics.
You have an experience in business analytics, customer insights or market research client management (analytics consultancy).
You have a strong work ethic and a skillset geared toward business management and a strong will to understand the inner workings of the business.
You have an experience in leading multi-disciplinary data projects as well as handling day-to-day information requests from the business.
You are able to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point, strong relationship building skills & communication skills. Working in Agile framework is a plus.
You have excellent analytical skills: Experience with reporting packages such as Tableau, Power BI, Business Objects, SQL, Python, Alteryx, rapid miner, SAS, talend, and others. Understanding of AWS environment is a nice to have.
You are curious about new analytics technologies (advanced analytics, automation solutions).
You have excellent communication & presentation skills in both French and English, as Data Product Owner you are also a driving force in suggesting new data solutions.
