Job description
As a Customer Care Agent in the Service Center, you will handle questions and/or problems from existing or potential customers by telephone and e-mail and promote the health insurance company's offer.

You are the point of contact for customers (existing or potential).
You answer incoming calls in compliance with the quality and productivity criteria of the "Service Center" in order to support and/or reassure them.
You analyze customer requests based on their file and needs.
You are proactive during contacts and you are attentive to offer a personalized service by responding to customer requests.
You guide the customer through the various internal and external digital channels (chatlive, MypPartenamut, website,...) and help them become autonomous.
You will promote the mutual fund's offer in collaboration with the sales departments.
You make sure to complete and update the customer's data. If necessary, you transfer the file for in-depth management to the dedicated services.
Contacts are mainly made by phone (85% of the time) and an evolution towards the "email" and "chatlive" channels is possible as soon as the necessary skills are mastered.
Profile
You hold at least a CESS and have valuable experience in a similar function (Service Center, Call Center, Customer Care, Customer Service, Customer Advisor, etc.).
You communicate fluently orally and in writing in impeccable French.
You have a good knowledge of Dutch and/or English.
You are proactive, dynamic and customer-oriented.
Learning a complex subject doesn't scare you and you're motivated by that perspective.
You enjoy working in a team in a quality work environment.
You enjoy satisfying the client's needs, achieving the goals set for you and are resistant to stress.
You have an affinity for digital.
