As a business analyst in the context of the implementation of GLOBO / GLOB@ (Microsoft Dynamics Customer Services) within the C&DX (Customer & Digital experience) team, you will analyze the challenges of the relevant business processes and you will organize the design of the target process with the Process Owner in charge.
The function of Business Analyst is based on 3 fundamental axes:
Have a clear and documented view of the challenges of the process in the context of the implementation of GLOBO / GLOB@:
In support of the Process Owner concerned:
Study each issue or the specificities related to a process, within the strategic framework of Partenamut
Collect the needs of the users of Partenamut's service(s)
Collect and compile the information/figures useful to understand the issues at stake in the process
Facilitate the prioritization exercise of the problems to be solved and quantify the potential gains
Design and document the target process to be implemented in GLOBO/GLOB@:
In close cooperation with the GLOBO / GLOB@ Product Owner and the relevant Process Owner:
Organize and lead working groups composed of the key people of the relevant process within Partenamut.
Reconcile participants' points of view when they differ and aim for maximum synergy.
Understand precisely the potential differences between the Partenamut process and the Helan process and identify possible synergies
Have a thorough understanding of the fundamental concepts of case management to facilitate the design of the target process
Support the IT Business Analyst in maximizing "adopt versus adapt " by understanding precisely what this implies for the process
Identify with IT Business Analysts what concerns the scope of GLOBO / GLOB@ versus what concerns other applications
Define business needs with IT Business Analysts in the form of user stories.
Document the target process according to the current BPM standards
Actively contribute to the smooth deployment of GLOBO/GLOB@ features to users:
In close collaboration with the Power User and IT Business Analysts:
Prepare test scenarios and acceptance criteria
Prepare test data
Assist in the preparation of training materials and training data
If necessary, support the Power User in supporting users during the deployment of new features
You have a Master's degree (scientific Master's degree preferred) or equivalent depending on experience.
You speak French and have a good knowledge (oral and written) of Dutch or English.
You have very good analytical skills and are endowed with a spirit of synthesis.
You have excellent interpersonal skills, active listening holds no secrets for you.
You are interested in project management, you have already done it and you work with practical computer development modeling tools (SCRUM).
You are a good negotiator, assertive and take initiative.
You put the customer at the heart of your interests.
