👀 About the position
We are looking for an experienced Financial & Admin Manager to join Mekanika.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for the entire financial management of the company. This position requires an understanding of the specificities of the manufacturing sector and the ability to combine rigorous operational management with strategic vision.
✨ Your mission
As a Financial & Admin Manager, you will be responsible for the financial health of the company and the management of its growth. Your role requires complete control of financial flows in an industrial context while developing the tools and processes that will support our expansion. You will gradually evolve from an operational role to more strategic responsibilities, leveraging automation to focus on value creation.
👉 Your responsibilities
Operational Financial Management : Ensure bank reconciliations, manage payments and coordinate financial documents with our external accountant to ensure smooth operations.
Management management and control : Produce monthly P&L with margin analysis, control budgets by department and optimize WCR with cash flow forecasts over 2+ months.
Compliance and legal obligations : Coordinate administrative and legal obligations (filing of accounts, audit, insurance, etc.), preparation of the annual audit and ensure tax follow-up.
Reporting and governance : Prepare reports for boards and investors, work in support of fundraising and the budget cycle.
Development and optimization : Evolve our financial tools (Odoo) with growth, automate processes with AI and develop a strategic IT finance vision.

Profile
Minimum 5 years of experience in finance/accounting, ideally in the manufacturing or industrial sector
Excellent understanding of the specificities of manufacturing: inventory management, work-in-progress, import/export, international VAT
Demonstrated ability to manage operations while developing a strategic vision
Complete autonomy, rigor and excellent organizational 📆 skills
Analytical mind with a hands-on approach to execution
Mastery of Odoo is a plus
Excellent command of French, professional English
