Job description

As an intern at Meet My Job, you will join a young, dynamic and committed team within a meaningful project: impact recruitment! 🚀

At Meet My Job, we encourage active learning and curiosity. This is why this internship will allow you to work in different fields related to communication : community management, content creation, digital marketing... but also to discover many other aspects of entrepreneurship!

Your main missions will be to assist in the development and strategic implementation of Meet My Job's communication.
This includes:

🎯 Community Management & Content Creation

Work collaboratively with the team to brainstorm and implement original content ideas.
Manage social networks (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) by developing creative and attractive strategies to strengthen the visibility of Meet My Job.
Develop and animate the Meet My Job community by interacting regularly with its members and creating an authentic link with the public.
Monitor social media to identify trends, formats that work, and communication opportunities.
Create aesthetic visuals while respecting our graphic charter.
Write informative and impactful content : blog articles, social media posts,...
Participate in the design of (real) video capsules or engaging stories .

📈 Digital Marketing

Optimize Meet My Job's online presence through targeted actions (SEO, SEA, content strategy, site update, etc.).
Track and analyze the performance of posts and campaigns using tools like Meta Business Suite or Google Analytics.
To ensure a strategic watch on digital marketing trends and to propose innovative ways to strengthen the impact of our actions.

You will participate in many events: job fairs, career days, etc...
Because "alone we go faster, but together we go further" you will be led to work in a team to move forward on common goals.

Profile

Preferably, you are a student in marketing and/or communication, but your degree and/or your field of study is not what matters most to us! Above all, we want you to be super motivated to join us!
You have a perfect command of French, especially spelling (NL and EN are a +)
You know social media like the back of your hand 👌
You are used to using tools such as: Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics,...
You have some knowledge of SEO/SEA
You have some knowledge of video editing (CapCut or other)
You have good interpersonal skills and you like to interact with others 🤗
You are creative and have an interest in the impact 🎨 recruitment sector
You are proactive, organized, conscientious and have an insatiable thirst for learning
You are both autonomous but you also like to work in a team
You are available between 3 and 6 months 📆
